Can I share my Gateway without sharing my password?
Yes. Every invited user signs in using their own personal KSIRI account. The owner never needs to share passwords or sensitive account credentials.
Can I control what another user can access?
Yes. Access is determined by the assigned role (Owner, Admin, User, Guest) and supported device/room permission filters.
Can I remove access later?
Yes. The Gateway owner can modify permissions, change roles, or immediately revoke a user's Gateway access at any time directly from the app.
Can guests receive temporary access?
Yes. Guest access supports time-bound sessions and scheduled windows perfect for short-term visitors, rental guests, or maintenance staff.
Can another user become the owner?
Ownership transfer is currently under development as a planned enhancement and will be released in an upcoming software update through a secure verification flow.
Will shared users have access to all devices?
Not necessarily. Shared users only see and interact with the devices, rooms, and automations explicitly permitted for their assigned role.
